对高等职业教育可持续发展的思考

摘　　要：我国高等职业教育经过几十年的快速发展,取得了有目共睹的巨大成就。但是,在看到成绩的同时,更应该清醒地意识到高职教育面临的挑战,如高考人数下降,教学水平低,学生实践能力不强,素质教育、能力培养不足等。为此提出对策:改善环境,提升高职教育层次和社会地位;拓宽领域,满足不同阶层对职业教育的需求;增强学生可持续发展能力。Higher vocational education in China has obtained obvious achievements atter decades of rapid development. But it is more important to realize clearly the challenges for the higher vocational education, such as the decrease in the number of taking the university entrance exam, low level of teaching, students＇ poor practical ability, the lack of quality education and ability training, etc. Therefore the paper puts forward the countermeasures： improve the environment, improve the level and social status of higher vocational education; broaden the field, meet the needs for vocational education of different classes; and enhance students＇ capacity of sustainable development.
