摘  要:分别以红大和津巴布韦烟叶碎片为原料,采用亚临界萃取技术,萃取烟叶中的油类组分,对所得到的烟草浸膏进行GC/MS检测分析。结果表明,醇类在津巴布韦浸膏中所占12.82%,比红大浸膏多出2.99%;醛类在红大浸膏中占20.61%,比津巴布韦浸膏多出8.4%。在红大烟叶(C3F)上进行添加试验,添加烟草浸膏的试验组在香气浓度、丰富性、甜润感和明亮度上改善明显,红大烟草浸膏的最佳添加量为0.01%,而津巴布韦烟草浸膏的最佳添加量为0.02%。By using Hongda and Zimbabwe tobacco debris as raw material respectively, tobacco oil was extracted by subcfitical extraction technology. The tobacco extract were separated and identified by GC/MS. The results showed that the alcohol of Zimbabwe extract were content of 12.82%, more 2.99% than the Hongda extract; aldehydes in the Hongda extract accounted for 20.61%, more 8.4% than the Zinbabwe extract. Adding the experiments in Hongda tobacco leaf (C3F), the exhaneements could improve aroma, rich, sweet feeling and brightness significantly. The optimal dose of Hongda tobacco extract was 0.01% in sample tobacco, while the Zimbabwe tobacco exWact was 0.02%.
