摘  要:为研究履带车辆车身的振动特性,分别建立车架有限元模型和车壳有限元模型,并合并成为完整车身的有限元模型。基于有限元模态分析理论和方法,采用Nastran软件计算得到车身的振动模态,将其同实验模态对比分析。结果表明,建立的有限元模型是准确的,可以根据该模型计算得到的振型图推断车身实际的振动情况,并根据模态分析的结果对车身进行设计及优化。For studying the vibration characteristics of tracked vehicle's body, the finite element models of the frame and shell were established respectively, and a complete body's finite element model was established by merging the two models. The body's vibration modal was calculated using Nastran software based on finite element modal analysis's theory and method, the calculation results were compared with the test results. The results show that the established finite ele- ment model is accurate, and the vibration diagrams obtained by the established finite element model can deduce the body's actual vibration condition, and the body can be designed and optimized according to the vibration modal analysis results.
