摘  要:美国、英国、澳大利亚是世界职业教育发达国家,在法律和制度支撑下的职业教育已成为国家经济和教育发展战略的重要组成部分。美、英、澳通过职业资格证书制度将不同层次和规格的职业教育融为一体,其学分转换制度在职业教育体系中发挥着重要作用。借鉴美、英、澳在构建职业教育体系过程中的体制和运行机制,对比三个国家在中高职衔接方面的理念及做法,从体制和机制创新方面探讨我国中高职合理衔接的路径、模式和运行机制。US, UK and Australia are the highly developed countries in vocational education in the world. In these countries, the vocational education under the legal and institutional support has become a vital component of national economic and educational devel- opment strategy. Vocational qualification certificate system has integrated the vocational education at different levels and specifications into one system, in which credit transfer system plays an important role. In light of the systems and running mechanisms of these three countries in building vocational education system, this paper compares and contrasts the theory and practice of progression pathway from secondary to tertiary vocational education, and discusses the pathway, mode and running mechanism in this field in China from the per- spective of system and mechanism innovation.
