摘  要:本文采用扫集-胶束毛细管电动色谱法(Sweeping-MEKC)分离测定急支糖浆中的阿魏酸、原儿茶醛和原儿茶酸。采用未涂层熔融石英毛细管(50cm×50μm,有效柱长36cm),环境温度25℃,缓冲体系为20mmol/L NaH2PO4+80mmol/L十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)+12.5%乙腈(V/V)(pH=2.2),紫外检测波长225nm,运行分离电压-20kV,进样时间60s,达到最佳的分离效果。在优化条件下,阿魏酸、原儿茶醛和原儿茶酸均在15min内出峰,峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%,检出限分别为109.95μg/L、88.48μg/L和15.96μg/L。A sweeping-micellar electrokinetic chromatography (sweeping-MEKC) was used for the separation and determination of fumalic acid, protocatechuic aldehyde and protocatechuic acid in Jizhitangjiang. The result indicated that a best separation of the three compounds was obtained on a uncoated fused silica capillary column(50 cmX 50 μm,effective length 36 cm) by using the background electrolyte containing 20 mmol/L NaH~ PO4,80 mmol/L SDS and 12.5 ~//0 (by volume) acetonitrile at pH 2.2 with ultraviolet detection wavelength of 225 nm,separation voltage of --20 kV and injection time of 60 s at 25 ~C. Under the optimum conditions, the separation of the three compounds was performed within 15 minutes with relative standard deviations(RSDs) of peak area less than 5~. The detection limits(S/N= 3) of fumalic acid, protocatechuic aldehyde and protoeatechuic acid were 109. 95 μg/L, 88.48 μg/L and 15.96 ptg/L,respectively.
