摘 要:本研究对从水果样品中新分离的一株Pantoea ananatis G-14菌株进行发酵,分离胞外多糖,并对其体外抗氧化活性及抗肿瘤活性进行了初步分析。该胞外多糖具有较高的清除DPPH自由基和羟自由基的能力,5mg/mL时其清除率分别为65.5%和60.4%;同时该胞外多糖也具有一定的还原性、清除超氧阴离子自由基及抑制脂质过氧化的活性。结果还显示7 mg/mL的粗提多糖对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的增殖抑制率达到69.4%,而且其抑制效果具有显著的浓度依赖性。G-14胞外多糖是一种有效的生物活性物质,值得进一步开发研究。The Pantoea ananatis strain G-14 was isolated from fruit samples, and an extracellular polysaccharide (EPS) was extracted from the fermentation supernatant of G-14. The antioxidant and antitumor activities of the extracted EPS were determined in vitro. The results showed that the extracted EPS had good DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical scaven- ging activities and the corresponding scavenging rate were 65.5% and 60.4%, respectively, at 5 mg/mL EPS treatment. In addition,the EPS exhibited moderate reducing power, superoxide radical scavenging activity and anti-lipid peroxida- tion activity. The 7 mg/mL crude EPS showed 69.4% of direct anti-proliferative activity against human breast cancer cell MCF-7. All of the above results showed the great potential of EPS produced from P. ananatis G-14 to be used in in- dustry as bioactive medical compounds.
