摘  要:以槲皮素为研究对象,通过单因素考察,建立L9(34)正交试验,对正交实验进行直观分析和方差分析来建立清除ABTS自由基微量模型。由正交实验结果得出最佳实验条件为:在734 nm处ABTS吸光度为0.7,加入量为200μL,反应时间为避光20 min。验证实验结果 RSD值为0.62%,表明该方法稳定可靠,实验用BHT和Trolox做对照实验,结果表明,本次建立的清除ABTS自由基微量模型评估法准确,用药量小,稳定可行。In order to establish a micro-model for scavenging ABTS free radical,the orthogonal experiment was designed according to L9 (34) orthogonal table based on the single factor experiment using quereetin as antioxidant. By the direct- viewing analysis and variance analysis of the orthogonal experimental results, the optimal experiment conditions were de- termined as follows : absorbance of ABTS was 0.7 at 734 nm, the adding volume of ABTS was 200 ILL and the reaction time was set at 20 min at room temperature under dark condition. The RSD of the evaluation test was 0.62%, and it showed that the method was stable. Trelox and BHT were used as standard control. The result showed that the micro- model for scavenging ABTS free radical was accurate, reliable and with relative small amount of sample consumption.
