摘  要:本文探讨了小米谷糠油对小鼠皮肤光老化的保护作用。试验将小白鼠分为基础组、模型组、基质组、小米谷糠油(millet bran oil,MBO)低、高剂量组。MBO低、高剂量组喂食含低、高剂量MBO的饲料,其他组喂食基础饲料。各组小鼠每天依次在背部皮肤上涂抹蒸馏水、基质乳液和MBO乳液(高、低剂量组涂抹剂量相同)。除基础组外,各组小鼠每天均用UVA和UVB照射背部皮肤,共12周。实验结束后,测定各组动物皮肤的丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、羟脯氨酸(HYP)等生化指标;组织切片观察皮肤结构改变。结果显示,与模型组相比,MBO高剂量组皮肤的MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01),CAT活力、HYP含量明显升高(P<0.01),表皮和真皮层受损程度得到明显改善,表明口服、同时外涂MBO可以起到抗皮肤光老化的作用。The objective of this study was to investigate the protective effect of millet bran oil (MBO) on photoaging skin of mice. The mice were divided into normal group, model group, matrix group, MBO low and high dosage group in the experiment. The MBO low and high dosage groups were fed with forage contained low and high dosage MBO, while other groups were fed with basal forage. The mice of different groups were daubed with distilled water, matrix emulsion, MBO emulsion (low and high dosage group were daubed the same dosage emulsion) on the hack skin in turn ,every day. All the mice' s back skins were irradiated with UVA and UVB for 12 weeks, except for the normal group. After the experiment, the mice were examined for their biochemical indicators of skin which included malodialdehyde (MDA), hydroxypmline (HYP) ,the activities of catalase (CAT). In addition, the structural changes of skin were observed by histological sections. The results revealed that compared with the model group ,the content of MDA decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) ,the activities of CAT and the content of HYP increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) in MBO high dosage group. The damage degree of the epidermis and the dermis improved significantly. The above results suggested that MBO had protective effects against skin photoaging by oral administration,together with external coating.
