摘  要:采用水提与醇提两种方法,通过DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、还原力、超氧自由基和对Fe2+的螯合力五种评价模型研究破壁与未破壁竹荪孢子粉的抗氧化活性。结果表明:不同的提取方法抗氧化效果不同,水提与醇提DPPH自由基清除率、超氧阴离子自由基清除率和还原力较强,尤其超氧阴离子自由基清除率最高,可达88.10%;在羟基自由基清除率和对Fe2+的螯合力中,醇提比水提的抗氧化效果明显;破壁孢子粉相比未破壁的抗氧化活性强;不同极性有机溶剂对破壁竹荪孢子粉的抗氧化活性有影响;破壁竹荪孢子粗多糖有较好的DPPH自由基清除效果;初步测定了孢子粉的粗多糖、总黄酮和总多酚的含量,为开发竹荪孢子粉提供基础依据。The aim of this study was to study the antioxidant activity of water-extract and ethanol-extract of the broken Dictyophora echinovolvata spore and unbroken spore using five appraisal models including DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical, reducing power, superoxide radicals and Fe2+ chelating power. The results showed that different extraction methods exhibited different antioxidant activity,water-extract and ethanol-extract had better activities on DPPH radical, superoxide radical and reducing power,especially on superoxide radical the scavenging rate was up to 88.10% ;Regarding hydroxyl radical and Fe2+ chelating power,the antioxidant activity of the ethanol-extract was obviously better; The broken D. echinovolvata spore had different antioxidant activity with different solvents, and the DPPH radical scavenging effect of its crude polysaccharide was better; The broken D. echinovolvata spore had higher antioxidant activity than unbroken spore. In addition, the content of crude polysaccharide, total flavonoids and total polypheuol of the spores were determined in this study. The results provided a basis for future study of D. echinovolvata spore.
