摘  要:美国教学系统设计专家戴维·乔纳森认为,教育惟一的合法目标是问题解决,问题解决最有效的方法是依赖技术开展实践,并由此提出了"学会用技术解决问题"的观点。世界著名媒体文化研究者尼尔·波兹曼则认为,一味地运用技术解决问题会出现技术垄断,技术逐渐遏制人的理性思维导致了文化向技术投降。现阶段信息技术在我国教育领域应用较为广泛,对技术的正确理解关乎到信息技术教育的发展前景。戴维·乔纳森与尼尔·波兹曼对技术运用所持的不同态度表明技术是把双刃剑,他们从不同侧面对技术的应用价值进行了科学而谨慎的分析,其结论对我国信息技术教育的发展有指导意义。As the designer of the U.S. teaching system,David H. Jonassen considers that the only legitimate goal of education is problem solving, and the most effective way to problem solving is to rely on technology to develop practice, thus David H. Jonassen puts forward the point of view of'learning to use technology to solve problems. Neil Postman,the world famous media culture researchers,believes that blindly using technology to solve problems will lead to technology monopoly, and technical gradually curbing human rational thinking will lead to the surrender of culture to technology. At current stage,information technology is widely used in the field of education,so the correct understanding of technology is related to the prospects of development of information technology education. The different attitude of David H. Jonassen and Neil Postman shows that technology is a double-edged sword,both of them has made scientific and cautious analysis on the application value of technology from different aspects,and their conclusion is of great instructive significance for the development of information technology education in China.
