摘　　要：分析慢肝养阴胶囊中挥发性成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发性成分并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行分析。通过检索NIST08标准质谱图库鉴定出59种成分,占总量的83.16%。含量较多的3个化合物分别是8,9-去氢-9-甲酰基-环异长叶烯(7.0%)、棕榈酸乙酯(5.9%)和4,8,13-杜法三烯-1,3-二醇(5.7%)。慢肝养阴胶囊挥发性成分主要为萜类和酯类,占总成分的61.83%。To analyze the volatile constituents of ManganYangyin capsule. The volatile constituents of ManganYangyin capsule were obtained by water steam distillation, and then analyzed and identified by GC - MS. 59compounds were identified, which accounted for 83.16% of total volatile composition. And there are three compounds content above 5 %, 8,9- dehydro- 9- formyl- cycloisolangifolene（7.0% ）, hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester（ 5.9 % ）, 4,8,13 - duvatriene - 1,3 - dial（ 5.7 % ）. The main volatile constituents of ManganYangyin capsule are terpenes and esters, which accounted for 61.83 % of total volatile composition.
