摘 要:履带式风力灭火机是一种新型的灭火机,它是对以往产品设计理念的彻底性改变。灭火机支架的稳定性是机器良好工作的关键要素,决定着整个机器的性能。这要求机架有良好的可靠性。机架设计在传统的设计过程中,往往需要耗费大量的时间进行精确的强度校核计算。最后还需要根据计算结果对局部进行校正设计。而设计者对参数的选用和危险截面的判断往往都是根据自己的经验,不可避免会因个人经验方面的差异而产生误差,从而导致计算结果过于粗糙。将机架三维模型导入ANSYS Workbench中,分析机架的强度和变形情况,根据分析结果对机架进行改进,使机架拥有良好的机械性能并有较轻的质量。The crawler wind fire extinguisher is a new type of fire extinguisher, which completely changes the design concept of the previous products. The stability of fire extinguisher rack is a key element of the good working of the machine, which determines the performance of the whole machine. This requires that the rack has a good reliability. In the traditional design process, it often takes a lot of time to accurately make calculation of the strength check for the rack design. It is also necessary to make the local correction design based on the results. Parameter selection and the judgment of dangerous section are often based on designers' experience. There will inevitably be errors due to the differences of personal experience so that the calculated resuhs are often too rough. In this paper, the rack-dimensional model is imported into ANSYS Workbench to analyze the strength and deformation of the rack. The rack has been improved by the result of the analysis, and the rack has good mechanical properties and lighter mass.
