摘　　要：葡萄废弃物包括葡萄园农业废弃物和酿酒工业废弃物,其中可提取出丰富、廉价的可再生资源,如多酚、膳食纤维、果胶、酒石酸、蛋白质、葡萄籽油等物质;经过加工处理后还可生产出生物表面活性剂、乳酸以及有害离子吸附剂等。因此,寻求合理有效的葡萄废弃物资源综合利用途径,拓宽葡萄的深加工,将会带来极高的社会效益、经济效益和生态效益,对于实现循环型农业经济、建设可持续发展生态葡萄园具有深远的意义。Grape wastes include vineyard agricultural wastes and winery industrial waste. They can be used as raw materials to extract abundant, cheap and renewable resources, such as polyphenols, dietary fiber, pectin, tartaric acid, protein, grape seed oil, and so on. They are also processed to produce biosurfactant, lactic acid, as well as adsorbents to remove harmful ions.Therefore, a reasonable and effective way for the comprehensive utilization of grape waste resources, and broadening deep processing of grapes, will bring a very high social, economic and ecological benefits, which have great importance to achieve agricultural circular economy and build the sustainable development ecological agriculture vineyards.
