摘　　要：肉、蛋、奶等动物性食品是人们生活的必需品,是人体摄取营养的物质来源。然而,近年来,动物性食品受到汞、镉、铬、铅等重金属不同程度的污染,并沿食物链进入人体后,给人体健康带来严重危害。本文就我国重金属污染现状及危害进行了分析,呼吁人们提高食品安全意识和环保意识,最大限度地降低动物性食品中重金属残留的危害。Animal derived foods, such as meat, eggs and milk are the necessities of people＇ s life as well as the material source for people to intake nutritions. However, nowadays, the animal foods are being polluted by different kinds of heavy metals, including mercury, cadmium, chromium and lead in various degrees. When these heavy metals enter the human body through the food chain, they will severely damage people＇ s health. In this essay, the writer makes a brief analysis of the status of pollution generated by the heavy metals as well as their harms in China, and tries to reduce harms of the heavy metal residues in animal-derived food by maxi- mum degree by calling on Deoole to improve their consciousness on food ~afetv and ~.nvlranm^ntal nrr~#,~,t;..
