摘　　要：集团化办学是现代职业教育发展的新模式,充分发挥政府、行业、学校和企业在培养高素质技能型人才过程的积极作用,对学校的人才培养,企业、行业的用人需求,国家的产业发展都具有重要意义。国土资源和地理信息职业教育集团深入探索集团化办学策略,通过扶持保障、利益互惠、资源共享三大策略,促进校政、校企、校际之间的有效合作,努力实现集团内各成员单位的互利共赢。Vocational education group is a new type of development of the modem vocational education. Giving full play to the government, industry, schools and businesses in the positive role to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, is of great significance to the school personnel training, enterprise and industry needs of the people, and the country＇s industrial development. Land resources and geographic information vocational education group in-depth exploration strategy of education group, through the support and security, mutual benefit, and sharing three strategies, promotes effective cooperation between schools and governments, schools and enterprises, schools and schools, to achieve win-win situation of the member units within the group.
