摘　　要：本文从年龄、性别、职称、教育学术背景、职业背景五个方面对目前海南省高校校长的基本特征进行了探讨,并从最高学位层次、最高学位来源、学科背景以及任职方式等方面为未来海南省高校校长队伍建设提供了些许借鉴和参考。In this paper, from age, gender, occupation, education, academic background, professional background five aspects to discuss the current Hai＇nan college presidents＇ basic characteristics, and from degree of the highest level, the highest degree sources, disciplinary background, and their ways of working to provide some useful reference for the future Hainan college principals team building.
