摘　　要：大学时期是个体自我意识迅速发展并趋于完善的重要阶段,在这个时期,大学生只有培养健康的自我意识,才能正确规划人生。本文笔者通过多年的课堂教学经验,提出了在课堂教学中培养大学生健全自我意识的若干措施。College is an important stage of the rapid development of self-awareness and self-perfecting, during this period, students only develop healthy self-awareness to properly plan their career. The author through years of classroom teaching experience, proposed a number of measures to train and improve studentsw self-awareness in the classroom teaching.
