摘　　要：实验教学在组织学教学中起着关键性的作用。而用于教学的切片绝大多数为传统的苏木精-伊红染色,学生对细胞化学技术、免疫组织化学染色、以及其他特殊染色技术则缺乏直观认识和深入理解。教师可以引导学生利用网络资源,让学生自主学习,一方面,拓展了组织学实验教学的内容,另一方面,激发了学生对于组织学的学习兴趣。更重要的是,促进和提高学生利用网络自主学习的意识和能力,对于大一新生,让他们利用网络进行医学课程的学习,是具有非常重要的意义。Experimental teaching in histology teaching plays a key role. The vast majority of slices for teaching traditional hematoxylin-eosin staining, students cytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and other special staining techniques is the lack of intuitive understanding and in-depth understanding. Teachers can guide students to use network resources to enable students to self-study, on the one hand, expanding the histology of experimental teaching content, on the other hand, to stimulate student interest in learning for histology. More importantly, the students use the Internet to promote and raise the awareness and self-learning ability, for the freshmen, so that they use the Internet for medical course of study has a very important significance.
