摘 要:为了降低车架在危险工况的应力,提高车架材料的效能并减轻车架的重量,采用有限元方法分析了各种工况下XG958轮式装载机车架的应力分布.根据分析结果对车架结构进行了改进,采用模糊优化方法,以前后车架总重量为目标函数,车架每块钢板上的最大应力为约束条件,对车架结构进行了等强度优化,并对优化前后车架的应力分布情况进行了比较.结果表明,车架结构经过改进及优化后最大应力值下降了112 MPa,重量减轻了96 kg,应力分布也较优化前均匀.To reduce the stress in the frame under the dangerous conditions, improve the efficiency of frame material and lighten the weight of frame, the stress distribution in the frame of XG958 wheel loader was analyzed with finite element method under various working conditions, and the frame structure was improved according to the analysis results. Meanwhile, through adopting the fuzzy optimization method, taking the total weight of both front and rear frames as the objective function and regarding the maximum stress on each steel plate of the frame as the constraint conditions, the equal strength optimization of frame structure was carried out. In addition, the stress distribution of the frame before and after optimization was compared. The results show that after the improvement and optimization of frame structures, the maximum stress value drops by 112 MPa, and the weight reduces by 96 kg. Furthermore, the stress distribution is more uniform than that before the optimization.
