摘 要:选用 2 4只 7日龄雏鹅 ,随机分成对照和试验 2组。饲以大麦 (占 45 % )基础日粮 ,试验组添加 0 .1 %的Biokyowa商品粗酶制剂。试验期为 7~ 6 0日龄 ,每周称量体重和记录采食量。 6 0日龄时由翅静脉采取血样 ,分离血浆用于激素测定。结果如下 :试验组体重自 3周龄起显著高于对照组 ,而周增重于 2~ 5周龄显著增高 ,且该期间的采食量增加 ,料重比略为下降 ;血液中GH、IGF I含量较对照组高 36 .6 2 % (P <0 .0 5 )和 6 6 .5 5 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ,β END却下降了 5 1 .6 6 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ;试验组的TSH、T3 水平较对照组分别高 2 4.39% (P <0 .0 5 )和 1 6 .81 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而T4 水平却低 1 8.33(P >0 .0 5 ) ,T3 /T4 比值升高。以上结果表明 :添加粗酶制剂不仅能改善生长鹅对大麦日粮的消化 ,而且影响机体的代谢激素 ,从而促进鹅的生长。Twenty four seven day old goslings were used in this study to evaluate the effect of curd enzyme preparation supplemented to barley on their growth and some of their hormones. The birds were divided randomly into control and treated groups. The diet contained 45% barley and 0.1% Biokyowa enzyme preparation was added for treatment group in the experimental phase (Day 7~60). The blood samples were collected at 60th day via the wing vein and plasma hormone contents were measured by radioimmunoasssay. The results are as follow: the body weight of the treated group were significant higher ( P <0.05) than those of the control group since 3 week old,the weight gains were significantly higher ( P <0.05) during they were 2~5?week?old,feed intake increased and the ratio between feed and body weight gain decreased;at day 60, compared with the control growp, GH and IGF?I levels of the treated growp were dramatically enhanced by 36.62% ( P <0.01) and 66.55% ( P <0.01), while β ?END decreased by 51.66% ( P <0.01);TSH and T 3 contents in treated group were higher by 24.39% ( P <0.05) and 16.81% ( P <0.05), whereas T 4 contents was lower by 18.33% ( P <0.05), and the ratio of T 3/T 4 increased. These results show that barley based diet with enzyme preparation can promote the gosling growth by improving the barely digestibility and influencing the hormone levels.\;
