摘  要:近钻头测斜器(ABI)用于石油钻井中随钻测量实际井眼轨迹,是随钻测量的重要组成部分。该文对随井钻探ABI模块的温度特性进行了分析与建模,针对敏感元件和电路板的温度差异,提出了确定温度模型参数的实验及数据处理方法,通过实验验证了温度补偿的效果。在30℃~150℃的温度范围内,加速度计的测量精度达到5×10-4g,完全满足ABI姿态角测量的要求。At-bit inclinometer (ABI) is used to measure the real well trajectory and is an important part of the measurement while drilling. In this paper, the temperature characteristics of an ABI were analyzed with its model being built. The method of experiment and data processing for determining parameters of the temperature model was introduced based on the temperature difference between the sensor and circuit boards. The effectiveness of temperature compensation was verified by experiments. The results show that in the temperature range of 30℃~150℃ the accelerometer measurement precision can reach 5 ×10-4g, satisfying the attitude measuring requirement of ABI.
