摘　　要：先秦儒家及诸子的辩证思想内容宏富,具有深厚的文化底蕴和学术价值,并且已经蕴含了中国古代辩证思想发展的基本走向。而《周易》中体现的诸多逻辑方法为先秦儒家及诸子辩证思想的形成奠定了逻辑方法论基础。廓清二者的关系,对于了解中国几千年来的思维方式、价值取向乃至整个文化模式的基本特色,对于改进和提高整个民族的理论思维水平乃至民族思维方式的创新,都具有十分重要的现实意义。Dialectical ideas of Pre-Qin scholars have a profound cultural background and academic value, and it implicates the basic trend of Chinese ancient dialectic thought development. Many logical methods in ＂Book of Changes＂ lay a logical methodology foundation for the formation of the pre-Qin dialectical thought. To clarify the relationship between them has an important realistic meaning for the understanding of the basic characteristics of Chinese way of thinking, value orientation and the cultural pattern, and also will improve and enhance the whole nation theory innovation level of thinking and refine the national thinking pattern.
