摘　　要：为青少年的参与创造便利条件,是社会平等和进步的重要标志。近年来中国青少年社会参与热情高涨,但参与渠道不够畅通;保障参与实施的制度等方面尚不健全。政府应该加强立法,保障青少年社会参与的权利,完善青少年的社会参与途径,使青少年在现有体制所允许的参与渠道中充分、有序、制度化地参与社会发展。Offering facilities for young people's social participation is an important symbol of social equity and social progress.In recent years,Chinese young people's social participation enthusiasm is very high,but the social participation channels are not smooth enough.The system of guaranteeing the participation has not been perfect yet.Therefore,the government should strengthen legislation to protect young people's rights of social participation and improve the channels of young people's social participation to enable young people's fully,orderly and systematically participation in social development.
