摘　　要：新中国成立后,全面贯彻党的民族语文政策、推行民汉双语教育体制成为我国民族教育的重要特色。中国少数民族双语教育作为一门新兴的学科应运而生,马学良先生是这一学科的奠基人,为民族教育事业做出了巨大贡献。After the founding of the New China, the implementation of the Party＇ s policy for ethnic languages and establishing bilingual education system constituted important characteristics in ethnic education of China. As a new discipline, bilingual education for ethnic minorities emerged at this historic moment. Mr. Ma Xueliang was the founder of this discipline and made a great contribution to ethnic education.
