摘  要:"职业生涯规划"选修课"6+1"模式自开设至今,一直在不断完善和改进。针对学生对教学模式的接受程度存在差别、公选课班级管理存在一定的难度、学生对教学活动的配合程度欠缺、信息发布平台缺乏专人负责等问题,提出实现网络教学、加强班级活动建设、加强与外界的联系与推广、鼓励学生参与教学活动等改进措施。The 6 + 1 teaching model of the elective course of Career Planning has gone through constant improvements in its development. In order to solve the problems such as different degrees of students' acceptance of the teaching model, difficulties in managing classes of elective course, students' lacking cooperation in teaching and lacking management personnel for information publishing platform, this paper puts forward measures to improve the course mainly through carrying out network teaching, conducting class activities, enhancing contact with the outside world, and encouraging students to participate teaching activities.
