茶色素对高血压性脑梗死血脂及血内皮素一氧化氮的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨茶色素对高血压性脑梗死患者血脂和血内皮素、一氧化氮的作用。方法 :对 2 1例高血压性脑梗死患者服用茶色素前后血脂、内皮素、一氧化氮变化进行比较和观察。结果 :茶色素服用 2周后血甘油三酯 (TG)、血总胆固醇(TC2 )、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL-C)有明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL-C)明显上上移 ,血内皮素显著下移 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,一氧化氮显著上升 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :由此显示茶色素对高血压脑血栓患者的血脂水平有明显改善作用 ,而且有良好的血管内皮保护功能。Objective: It is to investigate the effect of tea pigment(TP) on the lipid level, serum endothelium(ET)and NO in essemtial hypertension of cerebral embolism(EHCE).Methods: Twenty-one patients with EHCE used tea pigment.And then the changes of the lipid level, ET and NO were observed before and after treatment.Results: After a two-week-treatment, TP, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and ET were markedly improved( P <0.05). Conclusion: It showed that TP may impove the lipid level of EHCE and protect the vessel endothelium from being damaged in EHCE.
