摘　　要：随着后工业时代的到来,科学技术对以往传统的工作岗位产生了深刻的变革,必然会对工业化时期的职业教育模式提出严峻的挑战。而职业教育是伴随着生产力的革新而不断地演绎和向前发展的,为适应后工业化时代的经济运行规律,适应产业结构的升级和转型,职业教育理应进行具有时代特征的改革和创新。With the coming of post-industrial era,science and technology have had a profound change on traditional jobs,and will inevitably present a severe challenge to vocational education modes during the period of industrialization.While,vocational education deduces and develops accompanied by productivity innovations constantly;in order to adapt to the economic operation law and of post-industrialization era and adapt to the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure,vocational education should carry out reform and innovation with the characteristics of the times.
