摘 要:采用原位合成法制备了原位合成纳米SiO x的壳聚糖复合涂膜,研究了超声时间对涂膜水蒸气透过率、透O2性、透CO2性以及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,当超声时间达到10 min时,涂膜的水蒸气透过率和透O2性都达到最低值,随着超声时间继续延长,涂膜的水蒸气透过率和透O2性均增强。当超声时间达到30 min时,涂膜的透CO2性达到最低值,继续延长超声时间,涂膜的透CO2性增强。随着超声时间的延长,涂膜的拉伸强度逐渐增强。当超声时间达到10 min时,涂膜的断裂伸长率达到最高值。Nano-SiOx /chitosan composite coatings were prepared by in-situ syntheses.The influences of ultrasonic time on water vapor permeability,oxygen permeability,carbon dioxide permeability and mechanical properties of composite coating were studied.The results indicate that when ultrasonic time is 10 min,water vapor permeability and oxygen permeability of the coating are at the lowest.As the ultrasonic time extended,water vapor permeability and oxygen permeability of the coating are increased.When ultrasonic time is 30 min,the carbon dioxide permeability of the coating is reached the lowest value.With the continuing extending of the ultrasonic time,carbon dioxide permeability of the coating is increased.Tensile strength of the coating is increased gradually with the extending of ultrasonic time.When ultrasonic time is 10 min,its elongation at break arrives at the highest value.
