摘 要:以粗叶榕为材料,采用公认的标准方法对其主要营养成分进行了测定与分析。结果表明粗叶榕营养成分丰富,每100克干粗叶榕样品中水分、粗纤维、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、淀粉、总糖、灰分含量分别为43.1、17.1、1.6、3.08、19.8、4.81、3.4 g;18种氨基酸组成,至少有8种必需氨基酸和多种药用氨基酸,必需氨基酸/非必需氨基酸(EAA/NEAA)达63%;谷氨酸含量丰富,占总氨基酸14%。粗叶榕具有很好的营养价值和药用价值,为进一步开发利用粗叶榕提供科学依据。The main nutrients in roots of Ficus hina Vahl var. hirta were analysized by using recognized standard method. The results showed that the contents of water, crude fiber, crude fat, crude protein, starch, total sugar and ash in 100 g dry samples were 43.1, 17.1, 1.6, 3.08, 19.8,4.81 g and 3.4 g, respectively. There were 18 kinds of amino acids, of which at least 8 types were essential amino acids and a variety of medicinal amino acids. The ratio of essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids was 63 %.The content of Glu was rich, accounting for 14 % of total amino acids. It had maximum nutritional and medicinal value. The research would be the essential scientific foundation for the utilization of the wild plant.
