摘　　要：企业日益增长的对学生职业素养的要求,同目前教师通过纯粹课堂式灌输职业素养的方法,产生了巨大的矛盾,这种脱离职业素养生成本源的培养行为必然会导致职业素养培养的低效性.本文通过产学研相结合的方式,谈谈提高学生职业素养的新思路.Growing business requirements of professionalism to students, with the current classroom teachers instilled through sheer professionalism method, resulting in a huge contradiction, which generated from the origin of the culture of professionalism behavior, will inevitably lead to inefficiency culture of professionalism. In this paper, a combination of in- dustry-school-research methods, talking about new ideas to improve students＇ professionalism.
