摘 要:创业学习能力是企业家获得创业知识、提升创业绩效的关键能力,同时也是创业企业不断应对市场变化和制度要求的需要。已有研究明确了教育、经验与网络学习是家族跨代创业者的主要学习方式,不过,创业学习的作用会随着制度变化而呈现出不同的影响。本文对创业企业发展的不同阶段、规模与行业下创业学习所带来的知识获取与创业价值的差异进行了比较。结果发现,家族后代企业家并不是仅仅依赖家族现有资源进行创业成长的个体,在他们的创业学习路径中,"家族主义"的色彩正在逐渐淡化,家族以外的"专业主义"的要求正在不断地加强。在跨代际发展的家族和企业中,家族后代需要在不同的阶段选择不同的学习方式,这既能帮助家族企业获得响应市场的能力,同时也是适应制度变化的重要手段。Trans-generational growth and entrepreneurial spirit succession are important for family firms to maintain its innovation vitality and longevity. Successful trans-generational entrepreneurship is exactly the way to gain competitive advantage in a family succession context. With a strong intention to transfer firms to next genera- tion, Chinese family firms are about to step into intergenerational transmission. A important questions that cannot be ignored in this process is how the family maintain its innovative activity to promote sustainable family entrepreneur- ship, and through this trans-generational entrepreneurship to achieve continuing growth of both family and business two systems. The bases and motivation of entrepreneurship behavior come from the "entrepreneurial spirit" of entre- preneurs. Actually a lot of family firms have launched successful trans-generational entrepreneurship activities by the next generation. Entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial ability may have some innate endowment exists, but more im- portant is the experience and knowledge cultivated in it, which means learning become a special mechanism for screening successful entrepreneurs. For family firms, through entrepreneurial learning mechanism to analysis trans- generational entrepreneurial growth is not only important to indentify the key element affected trans-generational en- trepreneurship in current Chinese family firms, but also with important practical and theoretical meanings. Curent research has discussed the next generations' entrepreneurial learning in Chinese family firms and ex- plored the knowledge acquisition and trans-generational entrepreneurial performance diffidence of different entrepre- neurial learning, including learning from formal education, learning from experience and learning from networks. Current studies suggested that these next generations' entrepreneurship behaviors are influenced by their various learning experience, which in turn makes their knowledge structure appears to be more complex.
