摘　　要：床垫舒适性对睡眠质量、人体健康、工作效率等都有重要的影响,是床垫人性化设计和选择的重要依据。从人-床界面压力分布的角度,分析床垫舒适性和睡眠质量的影响因素,探讨体压分布评价床垫舒适性的方法,并且指出有些用以坐姿舒适评价的体压分布指标并不适合于床垫舒适性评价。Bedrest comfort has an important influence on sleep quality, health, and work efficiency and so on, and it is the theoretical foundation of mattress humanized design and choice. From the view of the pressure distri- bution in the human-bed contact interface, the factors of bedrest comfort and sleep quality were analyzed, and the bedrest comfort evaluation methods based on pressure distribution were studied. It was suggested in the paper that pressure distribution parameters for sitting comfort are not suitable for bedrest comfort evaluation.
