摘 要:为了探明钙离子(Ca2+)对香菇富集重金属的影响,在污染4种重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)的香菇液体培养基和栽培基质中分别添加外源Ca2+和含Ca2+矿质添加剂,以研究Ca2+对培养基和培养料污染Pb、Cd、As、Hg的香菇生长的影响和对香菇富集重金属Pb、Cd、As、Hg的影响。结果表明:外源添加的Ca2+可以显著减轻4种重金属对香菇生长的毒害作用,增加在重金属胁迫下香菇菌丝体的生物量。栽培基质中添加含Ca2+矿质添加剂显著降低了香菇子实体对4种重金属离子的大量富集。研究结果提示,Ca2+可能通过离子间的相互拮抗作用抑制了香菇对4种重金属的富集,在香菇栽培生产中,可以通过在栽培基质配方中添加含Ca2+矿质添加剂对Pb、Hg、Cd、As4种重金属的富集进行阻断。In order to verify the effect of Ca2+ on accumulation of heavy metals in Lentinula edodes ,exog-enous Ca2+ and Ca2+-rich mineral admixture were added into the liquid culture medium and the cultivated substrate ,respectively ,which of both were polluted with four kinds of heavy metals including Pb ,Cd , As and Hg ,to study the effect of Ca2+ on the grow th of L .edodes under heavy metal stress and on the accumulation of heavy metals in L .edodes .The results showed that the exogenous addition of Ca2+ in the liquid culture medium of L .edodes can reduce the toxicity of Pb ,Cd ,As and Hg significantly and in-crease the production of mycelial biomass under heavy metal stress .T he addition of Ca2+-rich mineral ad-mixture in the cultivated substrate of L .edodes can reduce the accumulation of Pb ,Cd ,As and Hg signif-icantly .The present study suggests that the absorption of Pb ,Cd ,As and Hg in L .edodes may be inhib-ited through the antagonistic effect of Ca2+ and heavy metal iron .So ,for the Lentinula industry ,Ca2+-rich mineral admixture can be used for inhibiting the accumulation of heavy metals .
