摘　　要：对于一类具有4∶-5共振奇点的复三次Lotka-Volterra系统,通过前8阶广义奇点量的计算,给出系统可积的充分条件。这些条件是通过构造积分因子或形式首次积分得以验证。For a class of the sufficient conditions fo complex cubic Lotka-Voherra systems with a 4 ： -5 resonant singular point, r integrability are obtained through the computation of the first eight generalized singular point values. All these conditions are verified by constructing integrating factors or formal first in-tegrals.
