摘　　要：绩效三棱镜是基于利益相关者理论的综合绩效评价体系,将其应用于数字图书馆服务绩效评价工作具有十分重要的现实意义。根据绩效三棱镜评价理论与要求,从利益相关者需求、贡献、战略、流程、能力5个维度建立数字图书馆服务绩效三棱镜评价模式是符合数字图书馆服务绩效评价工作实际的,也是切实可行的。为了推动这一模式的实施,需要从数字图书馆利益相关者界定、服务绩效评价内容确定与评价方法选择等几个方面采取相应的措施。Performance prism is a comprehensive performance evaluation system based on the theory of stakeholder. It＇ s of very important practical significance to apply it in digital library service performance evaluation. Constructing the digital library serv- ice performance prism evaluation model in accordance with the performance prism evaluation theory and requirement and from the 5 dimensions of stakeholder demand, contribution, strategy, process and ability conforms with the practice of digital library service performance evaluation, and is also feasible. In order to promote the implementation of this model, it＇ s necessary to take some rele- vant measures from the definition of digital library stakeholders, the determination of service performance evaluation content and the selection of evaluation methods.
