摘　　要：中小微企业在洛阳市经济和社会发展中发挥着重要的作用,但目前洛阳市中小微企业发展面临着利润空间缩小、人才匮乏、融资困难、产业层次低以及创新能力弱等诸多困境。文章分析了洛阳市中小微企业发展困境的原因,并提出了相关的对策建议。Medium-sized, small and development, but they are now facing financing difficulty, industrial level low, micro businesses play an important many survival dilemma, such as and weak innovation ability and so role in Luoyang economic and social margins shrinking, talents shortage, on. This article analyzes the reasons of their dilemma and gives the relative political proposals.
