摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高,消费者对肉质提出了更高的要求。对猪肉的要求不仅是卫生,还要求瘦肉率高、口感好。文章主要综述了饲料中营养物质成分对猪肉品质的影响,概括了改善猪肉品质的方法。With people＇s living standards continue to improving, consumers put forward to higher requirements about pork. Requirements for pork is not only health, but also high lean and good taste. This paper reviewed the in- fluence of the main nutrients composition in feed on pork quality, and ways to improve pork quality.
