摘  要:针对某型装甲车辆柴油机跟踪试验中低速工况出现较多且在低速工况下柴油机油耗偏高、转矩偏小的问题,将二级增压技术应用于某型大功率柴油机,基于GT-power软件建立柴油机工作过程仿真模型,利用DOE方法对二级涡轮的流通截面进行调节,研究在低速全负荷工况下柴油机转矩和油耗的变化规律以及对柴油机额定功率的影响.计算表明,优化后柴油机在低速工况时的燃油消耗率降低了7.8%,转矩提高了8.6%.In accordance with the problem of both higher fuel occurred at its low-speed conditions, a two-stage supercharging consumptions and lower torque outputs technology is applied to a HPD engine. Based on GT-power, a simulation model is built for its working process of the engine. By means of DOE, the circulation area of the turbine is adjusted for observing the values of the fuel consumption and the engine torque and for studying the influence of their changes on the engine nominal power. The results show that, if the turbine adopts the optimized value of the circulation area, the fuel consumption of the engine decrease by 7.8% and its torque output increase by 8.6%.
