摘  要:[目的]探讨绩效考核在无陪新生儿病房中的应用效果。[方法]按浙江省优质护理病房护理人员分层使用指标将新生儿科护士分层,根据护理部的绩效考核方案,对各层护士进行绩效考核,并对2011年10月和2012年7月的考评情况进行比较。[结果]对考评过程中的主要成绩及考核结果进行t检验,发现除责任组长外,其余各层护士的绩效考核、理论考试、操作考试、基础护理、危重护理、专科护理及病历书写各项成绩在两次考评中的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患儿家长对护理的满意度较前提高,护士对工作也越来越满意,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]应用绩效考核,可充分发挥对护士的激励效应,从而实现护理质量的持续改进。Objective:To probe into the applied effect of performance appraisal in no accompany neonatal ward.Methods:According to quality care ward nurses hierarchical index in Zhejiang province,neonatal nurses were stratified based on performance appraisal program of nursing department,the layers of nurses received performance appraisal,and the appraisal results were compared in October 2011 and July 2012.Results:The t-test for the main achievements and assessment results during the evaluation showed that there were statistically significant differences in the performance appraisal scores,theory test results,operation test results,basic care evaluation,critical care evaluation,specific care evaluation and the medical record writing of the layers of nurses(in addition to the responsibility of team leader)between two evaluations,P<0.01.The satisfaction of parents of children was significantly improved,the previous nursing and the nurses' job satisfaction also had enhanced increasingly.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of performance appraisal can take advantage of the incentive effects for nurses,in order to achieve continuous improvement of nursing quality.
