手术室专科护士核心能力与课程设置的专家调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解专家对手术室专科护士核心能力与课程设置的看法,为手术室专科护理人才的培养提供依据。方法自制手术室专科护士核心能力与课程设置专家函询表,采用德尔菲法对38名医护专家进行2轮函询。结果专家积极性系数分别为94.73%,97.22%,权威系数分别为0.83、0.85,确定了以围手术期专科护理能力为主的12项手术室专科护士核心能力,16门手术室专科护士核心课程。结论医护专家对手术室专科护士核心能力、课程设置的一致性程度较高,可为今后手术室专科护士的培训提供借鉴。Objective To identify experts＇ views about core competency of operating-room nurse specialists and curriculum design,and to provide information for cultivating nurse specialists in operating room.Methods A two-stage Delphi technique was used to obtain the views of 38 expert health professionals working in operating room.The extent of their agreement on core competency of operating-room nurse specialists,and on curriculum design,was obtained.Results Response rates were 94.73％ in the first Delphi round and 97.22％ in the second,and the authority coefficients of experts were 0.83 and 0.85 respectively.There was consensus that 12 items should be included as operating-room nurse＇s core competency and 16 core courses should be provided.Conclusion The final results can provide reference for future operating-room nurse specialist training,which can be confirmed from experts＇ attentive involvement and high authority.
