生态文明背景下职业经理人选择的实证研究——以常州民营企业为例

摘　　要：生态文明建设如火如荼,正全面融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设的方方面面。在此背景下,民营企业在选择职业经理人的过程中也体现出了新的特点。在对生态文明建设的含义、背景进行介绍的基础上,对现代职业经理人进行了分类,指出不同类型岗位对职业经理人的生态意识和能力要求不同;并从生态文明意识、职业道德和品质、职业资质、能力、心理和个性等方面总结和归纳出民营企业选择职业经理人的基本条件和评价要素;最后在问卷调查的基础上进行实证检验,并根据其重要度进行了排序和论证,为民营企业增加选择成功率提供参考建议。Ecological civilization construction is like a raging fire, full integration into the economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction aspects. In this context, the private enterprise in the choice of occupation managers also reflects the new characteristics. In this paper based on the construction of ecological civilizalion in the meaning, background, the modern occupation managers are classified, and then it points out that different positions of the occupation manager＇s ecological consciousness and ability requirements are different; and from the awareness of ecological civilization, occupation ethics and quality, occupation qualification, ability, psychology and personality, it summarizes the private enterprises＇ basic conditions and the evaluation factors of choosing occupation managers. Finally, empirical tests are carried out on the basis of the questionnaire survey, providing references for private enterprises.
