摘  要:目的 :研究增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在大肠癌发生发展过程中的表达规律以及它们的相关关系。方法 :用免疫组化SABC法检测 1,2 二甲肼成功诱导大鼠肠癌发生发展过程中的PCNA的表达。结果 :用 1,2 二甲肼诱导大鼠肠癌模型 ,诱癌率达 5 7 6 9%。PCNA表达在肠癌诱导的第 5周明显改变 ,到第 15周肠癌形成时达到较高水平 ,并与癌前病变及癌的浸润程度呈正相关。结论 :PCNA在肠癌发生的早期有高表达 ,并与癌前病变及癌的发展呈正相关 。Purpose:To study the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) druing the colonic carcinogenesis, and to explore the relationship between the expression of PCNA and carcinogonesis. Methods: Immunohistochemical starning was used to detect the expression of PCNA in the colonic carcinogenesis model induced by 1,2 dimethylhydrazine. Results:The colonic carcinogensis model was successfully established in theis experiment, the cancer inducing rate was 57.69%. The expression of PCNA increased at the 5th week It was higher than that of the control group ( P <0 05), and reached a higher level at the 15th week when the cancer had developed. Meanwhile, there was significant correlation between the level of PCNA expression and the stage of carcinogenesis. Conclusions:The increased expression of PCNA appears in the early stage of carcinogenesis, and is related to development of preneoplastic lession and cancer. PCNA may be a good biomarker for carcinogenesis.
