高职院校生产性实训室管理体制探讨

摘　　要：随着高等职业教育的快速发展,校内生产性实训室已经成为高等职业院校培养高素质、技能型人才的重要场所,在人才培养过程中的作用越发凸显。文章以乌鲁木齐职业大学印刷技术专业生产性实训室为例,从生产性实训室的特性入手,分析现有生产性实训室管理体制存在的不足,提出生产性实训室的管理方式和具体举措。With the rapid development of higher vocational education, practicing classrooms and zones have become the important fields for vocational colleges to breed talents with high quality and useful skills. The paper takes the productive practicing classroom for printing majors in Urumqi Vocational University as an example to analyze from the feature of the practicing classroom the shortcomings in the management and proposes the management mode based on the analvsis.
