高职院校“三创”型人才培养的探索与实践——以义乌工商职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：义乌工商职业技术学院根据目前国内高职院校人才培养现状和义乌区域社会、经济发展形势,转变教育思想,更新教育观念,务实专业建设基础,实行弹性教学管理,进行专业改革试点,加强校际交流合作,逐渐形成以"创新"、"创意"、"创业"为特征的"三创"型人才培养模式。Education on students＇ innovation,creativity and entrepreneurship should be geared to the needs of all students and integrated into the whole process of personnel training.Based on the status of talent training in vocational colleges and Yiwu social and economic development situation,Yiwu Industrial and Commercial College has gradually formed a personnel training mode featuring ＂innovation＂, ＂creativity＂ and ＂entrepreneurship＂ by updating and upgrading educational guidelines and concept,consolidating the foundation of specialty construction,implementing flexible teaching management,conducting teaching reforms and strengthening interscholastic cooperation.
