摘　　要：档案作为人类文明的结晶流传下来,证明历史,昭示未来。企业档案为企业文化建设提供了大量的历史文献、历史见证和依据,是企业文化建设的历史借鉴。本文借鉴陈李济、冯了性、王老吉、潘高寿等医药企业档案,介绍享誉海内外的我国百年老字号医药企业创办历程、传奇故事及其影响至今经营的创办理念,阐述企业文化的积累弘扬中企业档案的信息性、凭证性等。Archives is a etdtural heritage which revi.ew the history and reveal the future. Enterprise archives, which offer a great amount of historical document, and witness, is a historical basis for building up the enterprise culture. This paper refers to the archives of the medical enterprise including Fengliaoxing, Wanglaoji and Pangaoshou and introduce the process and story of the establishment of the such enterprises. The impact of the historical archives on the business strategy and the informational characteristic of the archives are illustrated in this paper.
