摘 要:目的:探讨新形势下的泌尿外科实习教学模式改革。方法:2007级40名实习医师采用"标准化"和"个体化"相结合的新教学模式,作为研究组;对2006级35名实习医师采用传统实习教学模式,作为对照组。采用调查问卷、面试、笔试等方式对教学模式进行评估。利用SPSS13.0软件分析两组的数据,采用独立样本t检验,以P<0.05为有明显差异。结果:研究组对教学的总体满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的学生在自学能力、临床能力、学习兴趣方面有更高的自我评价(P<0.05);研究组的出科笔试和面试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"标准化"和"个体化"相结合的新教学模式提高了本科生的实习效率,符合新形势下实习教学的要求。Objective To investigate teaching mode reform of clinical medicine education for urology. Methods Totally 75 interns were divided into trial group (n=40) and control group (n=35). The trail group adopted new teaching mode which was composed of standardized and individualized teaching, while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode. Questionnaires, tests and interviews were used to assess effects of the two teaching modes. Data were analyzed by software SPSS 13.0, and compared by independent samples t-test. Differences between groups were considered significant if P values were 〈0.05. Results Levels of satisfaction to teaching, self-evaluation in self-education ability, clinical ability and learning interest were higher in trail group (P〈0.05). The Results of interviews and tests were better in trail group than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions The new teaching mode composed of standardized and individualized teaching elevated efficiency of clinical medicine education, and should be recommended in the new situation.
