外贸人才供需矛盾及其对策分析

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国对外贸易的不断发展,社会对外贸人才需求急速上升,同时,由于国际经济环境的变化对外贸专业人才提出了更高的要求。从教育的属性、高校传统的教育模式以及毕业生就业取向分析外贸人才供求存在的三大矛盾导致了外贸人才供需严重失衡。在高校教育的层面上要突出"国际性、实践性、统一性和融合性"的教育模式以解决外贸人才供需矛盾。In recent years,the foreign trade in China is continually developing.That means the demand of human resource with the expertise in this area is increasing critically.Additionally,the changing situation of global economy also caused extra challenges to these people.Through analyzing the attributes of education,the traditional education model of Chinese high schools and the preference of students when choosing jobs,there are three major conflicts that lead to the seriously unbalanced demand and supply of such talents.From the perspective of economics,high schools could launch a new education model which emphasizes ＂globalization,practicalness,unification and integration＂ to solve such unbalance.
