摘  要:牛磺酸 (Taurine,Tau)对大鼠四动脉阻断脑缺血性损伤模型具有保护作用。Tau 30 0mg/kg于双侧颈总动脉阻断前 4 0min腹腔注射 ,可使缺血 4 0min再灌注 1h大鼠脑组织中肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性提高 ,相应地使LDH释放入血减少 ;增强脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)活性 ,显著减少脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛 (MDA)的含量。Tau 10 0mg/kg除可降低缺血 -再灌注大鼠血清中LDH活性外 ,对其余指标均无明显影响。提示Tau有清除自由基。To study the protection of Taurine against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries in rats, using the model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by four-vessel occlusion in rats,some indices related to lipid peroxidation of brain tissue were measured by biochemical methods. It was found that Tau increased LDH,CK,SOD,GSH-PX ativity and decreased MDA content in brain tissue of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats,correspondingly declined LDH activity in serum. Tau can protect experimental cerebral ischemia-reperfusion damage of rats.The underlying mechanism of protection may be associated with declining the permeability of membrane,inhibiting free radical generation and subsequent lipid peroxidation.
