摘 要:为降低双层壳动力舱辐射噪声,对双层壳舷间托板进行阻波设计。基于Poisson-Kirchhoff薄板假设,采用波动理论分析含粘弹性夹层阻振质量板复合阻波特性;将复合阻波技术引入到双层壳托板结构声学设计中,提出了一种高传递损失的复合阻波托板结构。利用有限元、边界元法数值分析新型托板结构连接形式下的减振降噪性能,讨论设计参数变化对双层壳声辐射性能的影响。结果表明:含粘弹性夹层的阻振质量板对振动波具有较强的阻抑作用,采用复合阻波托板能显著降低外壳振动均方速度和辐射声功率,是一种较好的减振降噪方法。In order to reduce radiation of noise from power cabin with double cylindrical shells, wave attenuation of the brace was designed. Based on the thin plate supposition by Poisson and Kirchhoff, the attenuation of vibration wave propagated through a plate with elastic interlayer and blocking mass was analyzed. Composite wave attenuation technique was introduced into structure-borne sound design of the brace between double cylindrical shell and high transmission loss for the brace is summed up. Vibro-acoustic characteristics of the shell with a new type of brace connection were numerically analyzed with FEM/BEM and the effect of design parameters on shell's vibro-acoustic characteristic was discussed. The results show that the plate with elastic interlayer and blocking mass greatly attenuate structure-borne sound. Application of composite wave attenuation brace could observably reduce vibration velocity of double cylindrical shell and sound radiation power. It provides a better method for vibration damping and noise reduction.
