摘　　要：在分析高校科技人才管理中存在的问题的基础上 ,提出了建立健全合理人才流动机制 ,用人育人机制及合理的激励机制等三项建议 。The paper first analyses the problems in the management of scientific and technical personnel in universities,then proposes to establish a more resonable mechanism on personnel mobilization,training,employment and stimulation,for the purpose of raising the quality and efficiency of them.
